Cal Williams > Cold Morning Sunrise

Mist rises into the cold air above the warmer water of the Winooski River in Essex, Vermont as the sun starts to rise over Camels Hump. I much prefer the name given to this mountain in 1608 by Samuel de Champlain - Le Lion Couchant (The Crouching Lion) although the Abnaki Indian name - "Ta wak be dee esso wadso" (approximately, "Mountain resting prudently near water") also seems appropriate.
